When you visit this website, our web server automatically records standard log data. This includes:

Retention: Server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days and then deleted or anonymised.

2.3 Data you actively provide

This website does not operate a contact form, newsletter subscription, account registration or any other mechanism that collects personal data directly from visitors. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number or any other personal data directly.

If you contact us by email at the address above, we will receive and store the information you include in that email for the purpose of responding to your request. This data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) or, where applicable, your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).

2.4 Outbound links to third-party registration platforms

This site contains links to external platforms (Amare, ESSENS, DoctorEm, Aurum Foundation). When you follow these links, you leave this website. The third-party platforms are independent data controllers and their own privacy policies apply. We recommend reviewing the relevant privacy policy before registering on any external platform.

3. Fonts and external resources

This website uses self-hosted fonts. Font files are served directly from our own server. No font files are loaded from Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts or any other external font service. This means no IP address or browser data is transmitted to third-party servers for the purpose of loading fonts.

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We distinguish between strictly necessary cookies and optional cookies.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

  • Hosting provider — our web hosting provider processes server log data as a data processor on our behalf. They are bound by a Data Processing Agreement.
  • Legal authorities — if required to do so by law, court order or governmental authority.

No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA) except through our hosting infrastructure. Where transfers occur, they are covered by appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions).
